News came from Nogrod. We thought that this world was definitively lost but the Iron Wolves Chapter could have sent a fleet there.
According to anonymous data, the mission of the fleet would be to rescue a little group of of survivors from the Tak-Azuk battle where hundreds of Squats lost their life to slow down the Tyranids. This mission would not be finished yet but there was no confirmation from the Chapter, we can only guess what is really the situation on Nogrod and pray for our warriors who are fighting for us. Our sector is in great danger. Every where Imperial Guards from the IVth Scarisian Regiment and Iron Wolves are ready to protect Lupus and its worlds. With the emergency state declare by the Iron Wolves Steel Wolf (cf. last issue of LPT), the IVth Scarisian Regiment of the Imperial Guard is actually deploying different defence forces on the main worlds of our sector.
On Laïtus Prime, it's the colonel Titan himself who will take command of the Imperial Guards : despite the protestations of our Planetary Council, Titan has decided to declare the martial law. The Iron Wolves Chapter is strongly connected to the Space Wolves. The Iron Wolves do respect the sons of Fenris despite the Inquisition who tried to prevent such a link to be created between the two Chapters.
This respect made the Iron Wolves to adopt the color schemes of the Fenris Chapter. Even if they are some differences, the amor of the Force Sombre for example, many Iron Wolf victories have been wrongly given to the Space Wolves. Iron Wolves color schemes.
While the hive fleet Horg Nogrod is devastating a part of our sector, the Laïtus Prime Tribune thought it was interesting to remember you the damage that the Tyranids can make. Creatures of the Hive Mind are known since a long time and their cruel actions are famous in our history. No race can hope to avoid the confrontation : Eldars of the Craftworlds, Squat Leagues, Orks of the Wheel of Fire will all have to fight many battles to survive.
